The primary purpose of these badges is to enhance employee engagement by acknowledging their accomplishments in both existing and newly acquired skills. This approach aims to create a positive and motivating environment where employees are recognized and rewarded for their growth and development. Through the utilization of badges, organizations foster a culture of continuous learning and advancement, encouraging employees to expand their skill set and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Cepheid One studio team illustrations and Avatars
The One Studio team, which operates as an internal design studio at Cepheid, is responsible for generating all design assets. For this project, I was specifically recruited to develop individual avatars of each team member, as well as illustrations portraying them. These visuals were intended for a comprehensive presentation aimed at introducing the team to the entire company.
